Spare wheel and hoist, large lockable tool box and removable 30 ltr. drinking water tank. Everything mounted on gooseneck. Quality made in Germany.
Spare wheel manually operated with adequate hoist. Installed on the gooseneck of the heavy duty trailer.
Heavy Duty hard wooden floor of 60 mm thickness. Fabricated of special dried hard wood ("Iron Wood"), we just call it: "dessert floor". That special "steel frame / wood construction" is much more durable than any available "steel chequered plate" construction.
Electical and pneumatic connections ports are well protected against damages.
The heavy duty trailer chassis RAC96/80 is completely fabricated of European high quality steel. The trailer beams are strongly connected with the cross members supporting the suspension and the kingpin upper coupler.
Heavy Duty JOST®, Germany Landing Gears (Test load 50 ton static, lifting load 24 ton).
Special reinforced steel frame constuction for very rough transportation jobs in remote off-road areas. The steel (raw material) is made in Europe and the lowbed trailer itself is 100% made in Germany.
Lockable stainless steel box with hydraulic operation panel and hydraulic pump for operating the rear loading ramps. The box is well protected against damages.
4 pairs of HELLA® side marking lights for visibility and safety are mounted at the heavy duty, off-road low bed trailer.
Load security: 5 pairs of heavy-duty lashing eyes, 20 ton each, welded along each trailer side.
Special reinforced steel main frame constuction for very rough jobs on oil fields
Genuine BPW axles (3 x 18 ton), leaf springs, twin tires 14.00 R 20, off-road application. Payload: 80 ton. Loading length: 13500 mm, width 3000 / 3200 mm
Rear loading ramps of lowboy: Two hydraulically operated loading ramps (rear), powered by 12 Volt electro power-pack. Operation done by two hand-levers. Hydraulic operation for up/down.
The loading ramp fixing is extra heavy duty configured with four hinges. The hydraulic cylinders of the ramps are well protected against damages.
The tail lights are well protected against damages. The protection of the rear lights can also be supplied in a neutral version (steel grill etc.)
Chain tensioner for fixing the hydraulic ramps. They are not necessary, the loading ramps are hydraulically fixed, but the chain-tensioner should be used during driving because of safety reasons.

Special custom-made version of the above described lowbed semi-trailer for Kenworth® off-road oil field trucks. The fifth-wheel height is 2032 mm (80 inch) and the swing clearance is 2430 mm (95”). The loading width is 3200 mm (126”). Total loading length: 13,5 meter (44,3 feet). Loading capacity: 84 ton. at 30 km/h. (Fifth wheel capacity approx. 32 ton.). 3 units mechanical BPW axles, 20 ton. with twin tires Michelin 14.00R20 XZL.
