The rear end of the vacuum tank superstructure can be provided with man hole (diameter: 600 mm) or with complete rear opening hydraulically operated. However the off-loading of the tank content is always by pressure and man hole as well as complete rear opening are only for (special) cleaning jobs. The tank needs not to be opened during the daily job.

How our vacuum tank superstructures are made: The special RAC-Germany® "Low-Torsion Body Mounting System" for our tank bodies is well-known for strongness and torsion-resistance at off-road operation in extrem difficult and rough conditions. The elastic connection between the truck chassis and the sub-frame of our superstructure provides an extreme torsion-absorbing function. The sub-frame is mounted to the truck main frame in a way to ensure equal load distribution. Usually our sub-frames are hot-dip galvanized but can also be supplied in tuck chassis colour.
